Where are your products made?
Our ingredients come from worldwide certified suppliers and are often sourced wherever the growing conditions are ideal. All of our products are manufactured in the United States in our FDA Registered and Inspected Facility, which is subject to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) Standards.
Are you regulated by the FDA, and are your products approved by the FDA?
Our products are not pre-approved by the FDA because the FDA does not “approve” nutritional supplement products. Under the federal food and drug law, the FDA is only required to approve drug products. Because nutritional supplements are categorized by the federal food and drug law as food, and not as drugs, the FDA is not required to pre-approve them before sale, just as the FDA does not approve traditional foods before sale. However, the FDA inspects our manufacturing facility on a regular basis.
Do your products have any certificates? Do they go through any tests?
Our products are tested for all heavy metals and adhere to the industry standards and government regulations of acceptable levels of elements in the ingredients. All of our products are designed and made in the USA, in an NSF-Certified, FDA-Registered facility under strict Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and made following rigorous quality controls.
Since the USDA does not “certify” or approve supplements or medical foods (the FDA has primary responsibility for claims on product labeling, including packaging, inserts and other promotional materials distributed at the point of sale) that's why there is no USDA Certified logo on our bottle. However, we make sure to check that our suppliers do have the Organic Certification.
Are any of your products non-GMO, vegan, or gluten-free?
We are committed to sourcing the best ingredients, including many that are vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free. We clearly indicate these features in our product descriptions and labels to help you make the best choice for your health regimen.
The color of the capsules on this bottle is different from the previous one, should I worry about it?
It is normal for the capsules to slightly change color from time totime, as it is an all-natural product. There is what we call in the botanical industry a seasonal color variation. This happens when the different ingredients are harvested at different temperatures or times of the season, and it also depends on the amount of moisture it gets during that time of the year. Since we only produce natural supplements you might notice that not all batches look exactly the same. We don't use artificial dye on our products.

How long does it take to see results from your products?
Since no two people are alike, our products will work at varying degrees and speeds for each individual. We've seen that great results come with patience and continued use and, sometimes, it takes more time for the ingredients to build up in the body, depending on each person's metabolism. The key to maximizing results with any nutritional supplement is consistency. Taking our products as directed and being consistent with your daily use will allow the íngredients to optimize in your system.
Can I take more than one Zanapure product daily?
Yes, as long as you follow each product’s recommended usage. As with any dietary supplement, you should consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, taking medications, or have known adverse reactions or allergies.
Can I take your supplements with other supplements or medication?
Most supplements can be taken together, but we always recommend that you speak with a physician prior to combining supplements.
We would also recommend you speak with your health care provider to ensure your supplements do not interfere with medications prior to taking them.
How do I take your supplements?
All of our capsule supplements should be taken by mouth and followed with water. For specific instructions, check the bottle label for proper consumption information and time of day instructions, too. When in doubt, contact us and we will be happy to help!
What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be modified but they can be canceled. All orders' cancelations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email support@zanapure.com.
Why am I paying sales tax on certain products that I haven't in the past?
Zanapure is a company based in the US, and we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time, depending on the state to which items are being shipped.
Where do you ship your products to?
At this time, our products are only offered in the United States. Please be aware that we cannot provide shipping to Puerto Rico.
